Tony Wright, CEO

Tony Wright, CEO, Exelsius Global Ltd.

Tony Wright has over 30 years experience of the distribution and temperature-controlled sector, having worked as a Senior Executive with British Airways World Cargo and subsequently as Senior Vice President at Swedish cold-chain container company, Envirotainer. This has given him unique expertise in the air cargo supply chain for temperature-sensitive healthcare and pharmaceutical products and lead to the formation of Exelsius in 2007.

Since then, Exelsius has undertaken a varied range of consultancy and in-house education assignments around the world using its cross-sector expertise to create or improve supply chains for temperature-sensitive Healthcare products.

He has been a driving force behind the development of the IATA Chapter 17 Regulations for Time and Temperature-Sensitive Healthcare Products, having co-authored the publication. He also chaired the working group that created the ‘Time & Temperature-Sensitive air cargo label’ and is a current elected member of the IATA ‘Time and Temperature Task Force’.

Céline Crahay holds a Master Degree in International Management, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt with a specialization in Lean Manufacturing.

In over 10 years of experience, Céline managed Projects and Operations in multiple countries and several business areas; from manufacturing and distribution to quality management, including significant experience with Supply Chain, Logistics and more specifically Air Cargo.

Richard Peck, Associate

Richard Peck is a Subject Matter Expert in the pharmaceutical temperature controlled supply chain with a specialisation and expertise in packaging, temperature monitoring, and real-time monitoring technologies. Richard has a broad knowledge of freight management and a deep understanding of the challenges faced within a complex supply chain.

His in-depth knowledge and understanding of global regulations pertaining to Good Distribution Practices has lead him to be an author of presentations, white papers and technical reports on the subject, He is an experienced trainer and a fully qualified and trained Responsible Person.

Richard is an experienced and knowledgeable Project Manager and Validation Manager in the implementation of pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, equipment and supply chain operations.

His main objective is always to ensure patient safety, ensuring products reach patients with the same potency and efficacy as when they were first manufactured, improving the quality and/or duration of people’s lives. Ultimately looking to improve the lives of patients less fortunate than others.

Therese Puetz, Associate

Following many years of international management experience with Lufthansa and Lufthansa Cargo, Envirotainer and Emirates SkyCargo, Therese Puetz has founded Karavan Management Consulting in Dubai, UAE and partnered with Exelsius Ltd, Farnham, UK.

Therese has been instrumental in driving innovations such as a European to-door-service, the Perishable Center at Frankfurt Airport, an industry-leading container leasing concept, the first Heating & Cooling technology container and the first breathable air cargo cover.

In temperature-controlled logistics and airfreight Therese has closely worked with pharmaceutical and packaging companies, forwarders, airlines and other cold chain stakeholders globally. She holds an Air Transport Management Diploma, a Master Degree in Business Administration and a PMI Project Management Professional certification
